Welcome to Connections Learning Center/Lil’ Tykes Tutoring! We’re glad you’re here! We began in 2017 and have quickly become the leading tutoring center in the Texarkana area. Our goal is to help students of all ages be successful throughout their educational journey. School can be difficult and homework can be frustrating, but we can help! Our tutors are the best of the best and will work with your child one on one to ensure that every student is getting exactly what they need out of each session. We are located inside Central Mall in Texarkana.

Tutoring services:

Every child needs a little extra help and boost of confidence from time to time. Our tutoring sessions are one on one and focus on the specific needs of your child. Our tutors work with students from Pre-k through 12th grade. Let us know exactly what your child is struggling with and we’ll pair you with a tutor that is just right for your needs!

Dyslexia screening and intervention:

When your child is struggling to read and spell, it can often lead to more questions than answers. Our dyslexia team offers not only screening and intervention, but provides a deep understanding of what dyslexia truly is for the parent and the child. The program we use is unlike any dyslexia program found in our area It is based on the Orton-Gillingham method and is science-based, multisensory, hands-on, and fun! We also offer this program to students in Pre-k as an introduction to letters, letter sounds, sight words, and blending.
